Each high season (December to May) will offer a different Chef on-board the Lighthouse Ship Restaurant.  This season Charlene Mottley, originally from Barbados and trained at Sandy Lane, has joined the team at Le Phare Bleu and during their opening night delighted guests with delicious dishes.

For this season the theme for the Lighthouse Ship, or as some people call it ‘The Boat’, as a Bistro style restaurant with great home cooked food offering a fusion of Caribbean and International dishes.  Once onboard this unique restaurant you will be warmly taken care of during your voyage of culinary discovery by the Le Phare Bleu crew.

Make plans to visit the restaurant and when you do you must try for dessert the Banana Spring Roll with fried ice cream and caramel rum sauce.
